Dear Friends,
I'm posting to your newsgroup in English because - regrettably - I don't
know German. However, I’m trying to learn the German name for a tow dolly.
A tow dolly is a small trailer that is used for towing vehicles by their
front wheels - a vehicle that is being towed on a tow dolly is rolling on
its rear wheels.
Pictures of such devices can be seen here: http://www.towdollies.com/ and
here: http://www.roadmasterinc.com/towdolly.html.
I want to know the German name for this kind of towing device, because I
want to know whether it is legal to use in Germany and whether it can be
bought in Germany.
Best regards, thank you for your help and once again sorry for posting in
English to this newsgroup. Should you want to contact me privately my
e-mail is andy at uranos.eu.org.
